Through our leadership and vocational programs, we provide a supportive framework of theological mentorship, leadership development, and endorsement accompaniment, for new and seasoned community leaders to cultivate their unique gifts.
We offer support at all levels of ministerial leadership, from the initial stages of discerning call to the ongoing tending to the ministerial call, for clergy serving in a variety of spiritual, secular, and multi-faith venues, grounded in our belief that our strength is found in our togetherness.

Theological & Vocational Discernment Support in discerning call and vocational development with elders and mentors from a variety of cultures and traditions, skilled in cultivating spiritual identity, theology and communal service.
Leadership & Professional Training Small groups, workshops, and other learning venues to nurture and expand skills in communal faith leadership.
Endorsement & Credentialing Mentorship with skilled community elders in preparation for initial ordination and maintaining or transferring endorsement and credentialing, including distillation of vocational statements, review of professional portfolios, and honing of diverse skills for multi-venue service.
